SAM.gov is free, and so is vendor registration in nearly every state portal. We teach you to hold your own registrations and never charge to "get you registered."

Every course, guidebook, and session is priced on this site before you reach out. No discovery call, no quote, no surprise.

Federal, state, and local at one desk: the FAR and your state's procurement code, read by the same advisor.

Written notes, next steps, and links after every session, within one business day.

Never sold to government

Learn the process

The Federal Contracting Foundations course explains how agencies buy and what must be right before anyone can pay you. Prefer a conversation? The strategy session ends with a written 90-day plan.

IIWhere we work

Federal, state, and local. Same desk.

Most advisors sell the federal market and stop. Most first awards come from a state portal or a city purchasing office twenty minutes from your office, in any state. We work all three, in the order that gets you paid soonest.

Federal

SAM.gov, NAICS and size standards, set-asides, sources sought, simplified acquisitions, and GSA MAS when you are ready for it.

Your state

Your state's procurement portal and procurement code, cooperative and statewide contracts, and the state certification programs (MWBE, HUB, SWaM, DBE, SBE).

Local

Cities, counties, school districts, transit agencies, and utilities, and the vendor registrations and bid boards that feed them.

Tell us where you are

Complete the readiness questionnaire or book a strategy session. We read your registrations, your past work, and your capacity before we say anything.

We map the route

You receive a written plan: which level of government to start with, which registrations and certifications matter for you, and the first opportunities to watch.

You execute, we stay close

Work the plan with the courses and templates, and bring the live solicitations, agreements, and pricing questions back to us as they arrive.

IVWhat you can count on

The terms, before you ever pay

A price in writing, first

Every service is priced on this site. Custom work gets a written quote and an agreement before any clock starts.

Consultations that count

Strategy and advice session fees are credited toward a session build or the retainer booked within 30 days.

Materials you keep

Templates, calculators, and checklists are yours to use in your business for as long as you run it.

Plain about what we cannot do

No one can promise an award or a certification. We will tell you when a bid is not worth your time, and why.

VStraight answers

The questions clients ask before they book

Yes. Registration and renewal in SAM.gov cost nothing, and vendor registration in state procurement portals is free as well. Companies that charge to register you are selling you their time, not access. We teach you to complete and renew your own registrations so the login, the notarized letter, and the record stay in your name.

Start with the Readiness questionnaire or a strategy session. For most businesses the fastest first award is a state or local purchase under the small-purchase thresholds in their own state, and the plan usually begins there while the federal registrations mature.

Almost certainly. Government buys medical staffing, plumbing and facilities repair, IT, landscaping, janitorial services, training, bookkeeping, catering, printing, security, hauling, translation, and thousands of other things, from companies of every size. Your trade or profession maps to an industry code, that code maps to buyers, and the experience you already have becomes your past performance. The Who sells to government page shows how common backgrounds translate.

Yes. Government buyers pay companies, not people, so you will need one before you bid. We form LLCs in any state: you give us the name, address, owners, and agent, and we prepare and submit your state's filing, obtain the federal tax number, and hand you the checklist for what comes next.

We review, structure, and price with you. The Capture & Proposal Writing course and the three-session build set up your templates with your own content, and the proposal review gives you a compliance read and a critique before you submit. Full proposal writing on your behalf is quoted separately for current clients.

It depends on ownership, location, and who buys what you sell. The Certifications & Set-Asides course and the readiness review walk through 8(a), WOSB and EDWOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, and your state's programs, and we tell you which ones will change your results and which ones will only cost you time.

Both, and often state and local first. We work every state's procurement portal, cooperative contracts, and the city, county, and district bid boards alongside the federal market, wherever your business is registered.

Courses are recorded and self-paced, with workbooks and templates, and you keep access for as long as they exist. Live learning happens in the Launch Cohort, the group advisory calls, and the masterclasses.

Yes. Strategy and advice session fees are credited toward the three-session or six-session build or the retainer when you book within 30 days of the session.

No. This is business consulting and education, and we do not give legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. When a matter needs a licensed professional, for example a bid protest, a contract dispute, or a teaming agreement with significant money attached, we say so and help you frame the question for counsel of your choice.

Guidebooks and templates are digital goods delivered the moment you pay, and every such sale is final, with no refund, credit, or exchange. Any other purchase can be cancelled for a full refund by email within 48 hours of payment. After that, sessions can still be rescheduled by email up to 24 hours before they start at no charge; later changes forfeit the fee, because that hour was held for you. Course access is sent after the 48-hour window, or right away if you ask, which ends the right to cancel.

No match. Write to us and we will answer within one business day.
