How a session runs

  • Before. You complete the readiness questionnaire so the hour starts on your business, not on background.
  • During. Two hours, screens shared, portals open, decisions made. We work on your own SAM.gov record, the solicitation in front of you, and your numbers, and the session ends with something finished.
  • After. A written summary with the decisions, the next steps, and links to every resource mentioned, within one business day.
  • Between. Retainer clients email between calls and hear back within one business day. Session clients can book the next session at any time.
Plain about what we cannot do. We do not guarantee awards or certifications, we do not register you in SAM.gov or any state portal under our own login, and we do not give legal advice. When a question belongs with an attorney or a CPA, we say so and help you frame it.

The three-session build

A full day of work, in three sittings

Six hours in one day leaves most owners with notes they never open. Three two-hour sessions within 30 days leave each piece finished, reviewed, and in use before the next one begins. The six-session build continues the same way with three sessions on live opportunities.

Registrations and targets

SAM.gov, your SBA Small Business Search profile, your state portal, and local vendor registrations corrected together, then a target list of the buyers who purchase what you sell, with their small-purchase thresholds noted.

Statement and calendar

Your capability statement drafted from your past performance, a bid calendar built from agency forecasts and portal alerts, and the certification plan sequenced against your revenue goals.

Templates and the first bid

Proposal templates loaded with your content, a pricing model built with your numbers, and the first opportunity chosen with a bid/no-bid worksheet you will reuse.
