Payment terms. Invoice payments are made under your signed client agreement or accepted quote. You may cancel within 48 hours of payment for a full refund unless work has begun at your request. Billing questions come to us first in writing, answered within one business day; you agree not to charge back services delivered as described, and disputes are resolved individually, after written notice and a chance to correct, by arbitration or in small claims court.
