How it works
- Apply below. We reply within one business day with your personal referral code and a page link to share.
- Share it. Give the code to a business owner who could use government revenue, in conversation, by email, in a post, or in a group you belong to.
- They enter it at checkout. The checkout page and the readiness questionnaire both have a referral code field. The code has to be entered at the time of purchase.
- You earn 10 percent of their first purchase, up to $300 per referred client, on every session, build, guidebook, course, cohort seat, or bundle. Membership and retainer referrals pay 10 percent of the first month.
- Paid monthly. Commissions are paid by bank transfer or PayPal after the client's 48-hour cancellation window has closed and the payment has settled, in the month following the purchase.
Who can join
Clients, alumni, chambers of commerce, lenders, accountants, business coaches, and anyone else who works with small businesses. You do not have to be a client to refer one.
The rules
- Say that you earn a commission whenever you recommend us. The Federal Trade Commission requires that disclosure, and so do we.
- No self-referrals and no referrals of businesses you own or control.
- No paid advertising on our name and no bidding on our brand terms.
- No spam. Referrals come from people you actually know or serve, and unsolicited bulk messages end participation.
- Share the link, not the files. Our guidebooks and courses are copyrighted and licensed to one business; sending copies is infringement, not referral.
- First purchase only, and only when the code is entered at checkout or on the questionnaire before the purchase. We cannot apply codes after the fact.
- We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice, and commissions earned before the change are still paid.
