Getting started

Book the strategy session or take the Federal Contracting Foundations course. The session gives you a written 90-day plan for your business; the course teaches the whole federal process at your own pace. Many businesses also start with their own state, because state and local purchases are smaller, faster, and closer to home. The readiness questionnaire takes ten minutes and tells us which fits you.

No. Most clients are small businesses with one to twenty people, in services, construction trades, professional services, or products. If you are registered as a business and can deliver what you sell, you can learn to sell it to government.

No. Everything is delivered online for businesses in any state. Federal rules are the same everywhere, and the State & Local course and guidebook cover every state's procurement portal and certification programs, with a worked example in your own state.

There is no fixed answer, and no honest advisor will give you one. Small state and local purchases can be won within a few months of registering; federal awards usually take longer because registrations, profiles, and relationships have to be built first. We do not guarantee awards, timelines, or revenue; we teach the process and work the documents with you.

Yes. Registration and renewal in SAM.gov cost nothing, and vendor registration in state procurement portals is free as well. Companies that charge to register you are selling you their time, not access. We teach you to complete and renew your own registrations so the login and the record stay in your name.

Sessions and booking

Choose a session on the booking page, pay on the checkout page, and pick your time on the calendar that follows. Sessions run on Google Meet, by appointment, for clients in any state.

Because the time is reserved for you. Paying at booking is what lets us hold the calendar, prepare for your business in advance, and deliver a written plan afterward. Strategy and advice session fees are credited toward a session build or the retainer when you continue within 30 days.

One hour, screens shared, on your business and the government market for what you sell. You leave with a written 90-day plan: which level of government to start with, which registrations and certifications matter for you, and the first opportunities to watch.

A working session is two hours of hands-on work together on your own documents and systems, ending with something finished. A build is three or six of those sessions scheduled within 30 or 90 days, sequenced to take you from registrations to a first bid.

Yes, by email up to 24 hours before the session at no charge. Changes with less notice, and missed sessions, forfeit the fee, because that hour was held for you.

No. Every conversation with us is a paid session, priced on the site, and every session ends with a written plan you keep. The readiness questionnaire is free to complete and tells us which service fits, but it is a form, not a consultation.

Courses and guidebooks

Recorded and self-paced, with workbooks and templates, and you keep access for as long as the course exists. Live learning happens in the Launch Cohort, the group advisory calls, and the masterclasses.

As PDF files with editable templates in Word and Excel, sent to your email. Files are emailed immediately after payment with a download link that works for 30 days. Every guidebook and template sale is final: there is no cancellation window and no refund, credit, or exchange once the files are delivered.

Yes. Dollar thresholds, portal layouts, and certification rules change, so courses are updated as they do and guidebook buyers receive the annual update edition for two years. Library buyers receive updates for as long as the library exists.

The license covers your business and its own staff. It does not cover resale, sharing outside your business, or using the materials to train others. Chambers, lenders, and agencies that want copies for the businesses they serve can ask about partner licensing.

Payments, cancellation, and refunds

By card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer through Stripe, or over time with Klarna or Afterpay where those appear at checkout, on the checkout page, after you read and sign the client agreement. A receipt is emailed by Stripe. Charges appear on your statement under Entitled Government Contracting.

For everything except guidebooks and templates, yes: any other purchase can be cancelled for a full refund by emailing billing@entitledgovcon.com within 48 hours of payment. Three things end that window early: a session that begins inside it, course access sent inside it at your request, and the first working session of a build, cohort, or bundle. Guidebooks and templates are digital goods delivered the moment you pay, and every such sale is final, with no refund, credit, or exchange.

Unused sessions in a build are refundable within 90 days of purchase, with sessions already held charged at the single-session rate. Cohort seats are refundable until the published application deadline. If we cannot deliver a purchased service at all, we refund it in full.

Email billing@entitledgovcon.com first. We answer within one business day, most questions the same day, and every refund the agreement provides is issued without a dispute. The agreement asks that billing questions come to us before any chargeback, and that disputes we cannot resolve go to individual arbitration or small claims court.

Yes, two ways. At checkout, Klarna and Afterpay appear next to the card form when your purchase is within their limits and let you pay over time. For a plan on the cohort or the Year one bundle, write to billing@entitledgovcon.com before you enroll and we split it into installments, each paid on the Pay an invoice page; your seat is confirmed when the first installment clears.

Federal, state, and local

Usually the one that pays soonest. For most businesses that is their state or a city, county, or school district, where purchases under the small-purchase limit can be won on a quote. Federal work follows once registrations, profiles, and a capability statement are in place. The readiness review answers this for your business in writing.

A set-aside is a contract only certain small businesses may compete for. A certification is the government's confirmation that you qualify, such as 8(a), WOSB, SDVOSB, or HUBZone at the federal level and MWBE, HUB, SWaM, DBE, or SBE at the state level. The Certifications course and guidebook explain which ones would change your odds and in what order to file. Certification is never guaranteed; the certifying agency decides.

We teach eligibility, evidence, and filing order, and we review your application materials in a working session. We do not file applications under our own login or act as your agent before any agency.

We review, structure, and price with you. The Capture & Proposal Writing course and the builds load your templates with your own content, and the proposal review checks your draft against every requirement before you submit. Full proposal writing on your behalf is quoted separately for current clients.

What we are and are not

No. This is business consulting and education, and we do not give legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. When a matter needs a licensed professional, for example a bid protest or a contract dispute, we say so and help you frame the question for counsel of your choice.

No. We are a private consultancy, not affiliated with SAM.gov, the Small Business Administration, the General Services Administration, any state procurement office, or any other government body.

No, and no one can. Government buyers award on their own criteria and timelines, and your results depend on your eligibility, pricing, past performance, and the quality of what you submit. We teach the process, work the documents with you, and tell you when a bid is not worth your time.
