Purchases, cancellation, and chargebacks
Prices are in US dollars and may change; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Guidebooks and templates are digital goods delivered immediately after payment; every such sale is final, with no cancellation window and no refund, credit, or exchange. Any other purchase can be cancelled for a full refund by written notice within 48 hours after payment is received, except where a session has begun or course access was sent inside the window at your request. Billing questions come to us first in writing and are answered within one business day; you agree not to charge back services delivered as described, and disputes are resolved individually, after written notice and a chance to correct, by arbitration or in small claims court.
