Most new clients book a strategy session or buy a guidebook. The ten-minute readiness questionnaire tells us where your business stands so the first session starts on your business, and we reply with the service that fits.
Agreement and payment
Everything is paid online at checkout, after you read and sign the client agreement. Sessions are paid before you choose a time; builds, cohort seats, and bundles are confirmed on payment; membership and the retainer bill monthly. Team training and custom work are quoted and invoiced.
Work, notes, next steps
Every session ends with a written summary within one business day. Retainer clients email between calls and hear back within one business day.
Hours and scheduling
- Sessions. On Google Meet, by appointment, for clients in any state. Every session is online. Working sessions run two hours; strategy sessions one hour; advice sessions thirty minutes.
- Booking. Through the booking page, with 24 hours' notice and a 28-day window. Retainer clients book directly on a standing link.
- Rescheduling. Change a session by email up to 24 hours before at no charge. Later changes forfeit the session fee.
- Replies. Written replies within one business day. Weekend messages are answered the next business day.
Terms in brief
- Credits. Strategy and advice session fees are credited toward a session build or retainer booked within 30 days.
- Cancellation. Guidebooks and templates are delivered immediately after payment and every sale is final, with no cancellation window and no refunds. Any other purchase can be cancelled for a full refund by email within 48 hours of payment; course access is sent after that window closes, or immediately on request, which ends the right to cancel.
- Refunds after the window. Unused sessions in a build are refundable within 90 days of purchase, with sessions already held charged at the single-session rate. Cohort seats are refundable until the application deadline. Retainers cancel with 30 days' notice after the three-month minimum.
- Billing questions. Come to us first, in writing; we answer within one business day and issue every refund the agreement provides without a dispute.
- Materials. Courses, guidebooks, and templates are licensed to your business for its own use. They may not be resold, shared, or used to train others.
- Boundaries. Business education and advisory only. No legal advice, no guaranteed outcomes, no registrations held under our login, and no affiliation with any government agency.
